The Chairlift takes you to near the top of Taiheizan peak (elevation 854 m) in 15 minutes one way from Higashinohara. After you get off the lift, it takes only 2 to 5 minutes on foot to reach the Muronouchi observation deck on the top of Taiheizan peak from where you can view the mountain range that is home to Osanbe peak, Mesanbe peak, and Kosanbe peak.
